Our Return & Refund Policies
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Products must be unused and undamaged
- Original proof of purchase is required
Please note that custom-ordered machinery, specialized equipment, and certain consumable products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service department within 30 days of receiving your order
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item securely with all original materials and include the RMA number
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our team
For large machinery or equipment, please contact our customer service team to arrange for return shipping or pickup.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund as follows:
- Original payment method will be refunded within 5-7 business days after inspection
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error
For orders over $2,000, a restocking fee of 15% may apply unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved
We will arrange for the return shipping and replacement of damaged or defective items at no cost to you.
